Cranberry Cake w/ Caramel Sauce

This tart, dense cake moistens right up with a drizzle of caramel sauce and whipped Cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 3/4 t Salt
  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 4 1/2 T Melted Butter
  • 3 c Whole Fresh Cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together adn slowly add the milk and butter.
  3. Stir in the cranberries, just until coated. This will make a VERY thick batter.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
