Madison’s Wedding.
In April 2022, Kelly’s oldest daughter, Madison, got married. Despite never having planned a wedding before, Kelly was up for the challenge! One of the first things they did was secure the venue. Almagre in Colorado Springs was their venue of choice. Almagre requires a day-of coordinator (a smart move by the venue) and Tagan was the first person to come to mind. Tagan was 100% on board to help make the day one to remember.
Kelly hired a caterer, DJ, photographer, set up cake tastings, and met with the florist. As estimates started rolling in, Kelly found herself considering doing the flowers herself. Tagan had worked in a floral studio the summer after college and felt confident they could pull it off. Kelly and Madison finalized a color scheme and selected all the flowers. The week of the wedding arrived, and so did the blooms!
We rolled up our sleeves, invited a few friends to help, and had a ball creating all the centerpieces and statement pieces for the reception. Since then, we’ve helped a few other friends with their weddings and discovered that we make a fantastic team.
